Yuba County Superior Court is located in Marysville, California. The bench is comprised of five judges and one commissioner. The court employs approximately 60 support staff.
The Honorable Debra L. Givens is the Presiding Judge. The Court Executive Officer is H. Stephen Konishi.

However, the reports and responses are available for viewing and/or downloading on the Grand Jury's website. Limited English Proficiency Plan.This document serves as the plan for the Superior Court of Yuba County to provide to persons with limited English proficiency (LEP) services that are in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The purpose of this plan is to provide a framework for the provision of timely and reasonable language assistance to LEP persons who come in contact with the Superior Court of Yuba County.
