Yuba County Superior Court is located in Marysville, California. The bench is comprised of five judges and one commissioner. The court employs approximately 60 support staff.

The Honorable Debra L. Givens is the Presiding Judge. The Court Executive Officer is H. Stephen Konishi.

California Rules of Court (CRC), rule 10.500 sets forth comprehensive public access provisions applicable to judicial administrative records maintained by state trial and appellate courts, the Judicial Council and the Administrative Office of the Courts.  Please direct requests to access the judicial administrative records maintained by the Yuba County Superior Court to:

The court’s office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This document serves as the plan for the Superior Court of Yuba County to provide to persons with limited English proficiency (LEP) services that are in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The purpose of this plan is to provide a framework for the provision of timely and reasonable language assistance to LEP persons who come in contact with the Superior Court of Yuba County.
