NOTICE OF FEE CHANGES
The Judicial Council of California has announced that new and changed fees, penalties, and assessments will go into effect in the state's trial courts effective July 28, 2009.
Please Note:
The fee/fine increases were passed by the State Legislature. Our office only collects the fees/fines as mandated by the State of California.
If you would like to complain, please contact your local state assemblyman or senator. Their telephone numbers are located in the State Government section of your local telephone directory.
