If you were recently arrested or cited and wish to find out your court date please call 749-7600, option 2.
Misdemeanor modification of sentence or early appearances
Walk-ins are heard at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesdays ONLY. You must contact our office prior to noon on Monday to be placed on the following day’s walk-in calendar.
Felony modification of sentence or early appearances
You must contact your attorney or submit your request in writing to the Criminal Division, Yuba County Superior Court, 215 Fifth Street, Marysville, CA 95901.
Record searches and fees
All requests for record searches must be submitted in writing to the Criminal Division, Yuba County Superior Court, 215 Fifth Street, Marysville, CA 95901, along with a $15.00 fee for EACH name to be searched. Copy fees are $.50 per page. Certified copy fees are $15.00 per document plus $.50 per page. Please submit a self-addressed stamped return envelope with your request.

Warrant information cannot be given over the telephone. For further information regarding warrants, please inquire in person at the criminal division.
